A Bit About Me
I’m Jia (Jay) Huang and Nice to meet you. Coming from a Cantonese family, I grew up in the Caribbean, a beautiful country called Belize. I’m fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, English and moderate Spanish. In 2000, I came to NY as an international student and this City has been my training ground for success. I’m a full time employee with the utility company, but my passion in meeting and helping people drove me to the real estate industry as a part time agent. Believe me, it’s no easy job but those big smiles on a new home owner is heartwarming and priceless. With my honesty and great negotiating skills, I've closed many deals and now expanded to a team.
